  • Boys Cross Country – 1st out of 18 schools at the Ashley White-Stumpf Marlington Invitational (Cole Morris won individually and the team put 5 in the top 12 overall), Overall Record 25-1
  • Girls Cross Country  3rd out of 18 schools at the Ashley White-Stumpf Marlington Invitational (Maddy Bartolone won individually), Overall Record 18-4
  • Football – Central L 14-19 (Robbie Kirchner had a 5-yard touchdown pass from Max Baker and Jaron Curtis ran for a 7-yard touchdown), Overall Record 1-1
  • Boys Golf – Fairless W 156-176 (Gunnar McCollins shot an even par 36 at The Legends)

JJH_award_headerBe sure to vote for 2 Perry Athletes and the Perry Boys Golf Team as MaxPreps/JJHuddle.com Athlete and Team of the Week.  Kasey Pukys is a Girls Tennis nominee after winning the singles title at the Marietta Invitational.  Gunnar McCollins is a Boys Golf nominee after shooting a school record 31 in a match against GlenOak in which the team shot a school record 143.

This weekly award is decided by fan vote and will conclude at noon on Monday, September 5th. You may vote as often as you like.

  • Boys Cross Country – 2nd out of 10 teams at the Sandusky Panther Run to Fun (Cole Morris and Johnny Stevenson finished 4th and 5th overall), Overall Record 8-1
  • Girls Cross Country  3rd out of 6 teams at the Sandusky Panther Run to Fun (Maddy Bartolone finished runner-up overall), Overall Record 3-2
  • Football – Vandalia Butler W 24-14 (Devon Morgon rushed for 69 yards on 16 carries for a TD, Sir Elliott ran 9 times for 44 yards and a TD, Max Baker threw a 9 yard TD pass to Andy Price), Overall Record 1-0
  • Boys Golf – GlenOak W 143-157 (Team record score of 143 and Gunnar McCollins set a new school record shooting 5 under par for a 31), Jackson L 164-156, Overall Record 1-1, League Record 1-1
  • Boys Soccer – Tied Dover 2-2
  • Girls Tennis – McKinley W 5-0, Jackson L 0-5, Kasey Pukys, Payton Gottshall and Taylor Define won two matches each at the Marietta Invitational sweeping the singles competition

PHS Golf Booster Club Scramble – Sunday, September 11th

2016 Perry Football T-Shirts For Sale
