Perry Wrestlers Break School Record with 4 State Champions

Congratulation to the Perry wrestling team for setting a new school record by having four state champions! David Bavery, Mitch Newhouse, Zack Dailey, and Jo Jo Tayse had an outstanding performance and each was able to bring home a state championship medal! Isaac Bast and Josh Arrendale also had great performances by each placing 7th in the state. The team performance earned another state runner-up trophy for Perry High School.

Boys Basketball Sectional Tournament Ticket Info

The Boys Varsity Basketball team will take on Garfield in the Sectional Tournament at the Canton Memorial Civic Center on Monday February 27th. Student tickets will not be sold at the Civic Center. They are only sold pre-sale. Please stop by the Athletic Office to buy your student tickets for entry to the game at $4.00 each. We also have adult tickets at $6.00 each. Tickets will be on sale today and tomorrow 7:30 – 3:00 for season ticket holders and Thursday through Friday 7:30 to 3:00. Ticket sales will close Monday at noon. Let’s support our team and show our Perry Pride.

Girls Division I Basketball Tournament Ticket Info

Tickets are available for purchase at the Perry Athletic Department for the Girls Basketball District Tournament at Walsh University on Feb. 18th. Perry will take on Lake at 2:30. Pre-sale tickets are $6.00 for adults and $4.00 for students. Tickets will be $6.00 at the game with no student tickets available.
