T.C. Knapp Elementary Receives $83,000 Grant
Lowe’s Charitable and Educational Foundation has awarded an $83,000 grant to T.C. Knapp Elementary in the Perry Local School District for an Outdoor Discovery and Learning Center. The new environment will provide students with opportunities to learn in context and by practical engagement and personal discovery.
“Lowe’s generosity exemplifies their dedication to community improvement,” said Linnea Gallagher-Olbon, principal of T.C. Knapp.
Since its inception in 1957, Lowe’s Charitable and Educational Foundation has helped communities nationwide through employee volunteerism and financial contributions.
