Perry Boys and Girls Swimming and Diving
Perry Boys and Girls Swimming and Diving competed at Warren Harding Monday evening against Warren Harding High School and Lorain High School. Tyler Bargerhuff performed a personal best on the diving board with 135.7 points and a first place finish. Kyle Riordan finished first in the 500 yard freestyle and set a new pool record at Harding with a 5:01.29. The boys are now 1-1.
The girls start the season off with a 2-0 record. Kamaran Price finished in first on the diving board with a 169.75. Alex Hamit, Emily Marino and Elizabeth Kahler all took first in their respective events. The girls took first in all 3 relays.
The Teams will next compete this Thursday in McKinley at the 25th Annual McKinley Relays starting at 5 and Saturday at home against GlenOak and Lake at 1.
