PHS Medical Academy
On April 10 and 11, 28 students from Perry High School’s Medical Academy traveled to HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) State Leadership Conference. Each student had an excellent experience and conducted themselves in true Perry form. We are proud of each of them!
At the conference, Abigail Efobi took third place in the Medical Law and Ethics competition, and Spencer Ertle placed first in Medical Spelling competition. As a result, these two students will advance to the International Conference, which will be held in Dallas, TX the last week of June. Congratulations to Abigail and Spencer! We wish you the best of luck in Texas!
In addition, Emerson Lancaster’s artwork was chosen to become the pin for the State of Ohio. This pin will be traded by thousands of students from around the world at the International Leadership Conference in Dallas! Great job, Emerson!
