  1. Number off by 2
  1. Number 1s stand up, then make a small circle facing out
  1. Number 2s make an outside circle facing a partner from the inside circle
  1. Teacher asks a question and #1s shares with #2s for one minute
  1. Reverse Roles  (#2s share with #1s for one minute)
  1. Outside circle rotates 2 or 3 places clockwise
