Edison teachers Stephanie Laskey and Stacy Daugherty recently entered a team into the Rube Goldberg National OnLine Competition, 2014.
The team, comprised of thirteen seventh and eighth grade students, designed and built a simple machine that solved a task. This year’s task: Zip a Zipper. Starting the second week of March, the students worked every morning for 40 minutes (during homeroom) and also came in for a five and one half hour session over spring break.
