Lohr Elementary is one of five elementary schools in the Perry Local School system. Lying between Canton and Massillon, the Perry System serves approximately 5000 students. Lohr Elementary is home to approximately 300 students in grades K-4. The school is located in a very rural section of Perry Township. Lohr sits on about 10 acres and is surrounded by gently, rolling farm land. Presently, Lohr has two sections of 1st, 2nd, and 4th grades. There are three sections of Kindergarten and 3rd grade. There are 15 full time teachers and approximately 21 support staff that serve Lohr students on a daily basis. Lohr Elementary is noted for its peaceful setting and welcoming atmosphere.
