The State Support Team Region 9 will be holding a conference for families and educators of diverse learners on Saturday, April 8th from 7:45 AM – 1:00 PM at the R.G. Drage Career Technical Center. Several Perry schools will be hosting a Girls on the Run program this coming spring. Girls on the Run is a program that aims to inspire girls to recognize their inner strength and celebrate what makes them one of a kind. Trained coaches lead small teams through our research-based curricula which includes dynamic discussions, activities, and running games. Over the course of the 10-week program, girls in 3rd through 8th grade develop essential skills to help them navigate their worlds and establish a lifetime appreciation for health and fitness. The Perry High School Swim and Dive team will be hosting a fundraiser at Game Time for the family of Angelyna Callahan on Tuesday, February 14th from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Game Time will donate 10% of the proceeds to the Callahan family. Click here for an event flyer.
One additional date has been added to accommodate the individuals who had to wait for their Stark State Student ID number. The test will be offered on Wednesday, February 15th after school in the PHS Library. Students in grades 6-11 may take the test. Please arrive immediately to the library after your school day ends. The registration will close on February 14th at 7:00 AM.
