Perry Athletic Hall of Fame Don Dobina Golf Outing Saturday October 7, 2017.

The Perry Athletic Hall of Fame will sponsor a four person Scramble Saturday, October 7, 2017, at the Tam O’ Shanter Golf Club, starting at 9:00 am.  It will be a shotgun start.  The outing is part of the PHS Hall of Fame Induction weekend.  For more information contact Bob Kilpatrick at robert.kilpatrick@perrylocal.org or (330)-417-5231. Perry Football Boosters Quarter Auction – Saturday, July 22nd

The Perry Football Boosters will hold a quarter auction on Saturday, July 22nd from 6 PM to 10 PM at Santagelo’s Pary Center (map). Doors open at 5:00 PM. Presale tickets to guarantee seats are on sale now for $5. Contact perryfootballboosters@gmail.com. Tickets will be available at the door until sold out. Summer Kids Cheerleader Camp

Join Perry High School cheerleaders for the first ever Summer Cheerleader Kids Camp. The camp will be held at T.C. Knapp Elementary from 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 27th, and Wednesday, June 28th. The camp includes instruction based cheer, dance techniques, and a snack. Each participant will receive a t-shirt. Camp ends with a performance at 8:00 PM on Wednesday, June 28th. Click here for more information. 

Perry Football Car Wash & BW3 Night Out

Image result for Perry High School football helmetThe Perry High School football team will be hosting two events to help raise funds for the upcoming 2017 season.  A car wash will be held on Saturday, June 17th and Saturday, July 15th at 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM each day. The team will wash cars at $5 per car at two locations, Family Video at the corner of Genoa and Lincoln Way, and Busy Beaver on Whipple, each day.

The team’s second event will be Wednesday, June 21st from 4 PM to 9 PM at BW3s in Massillon. Stop in and show this fund-raising ticket for the team to receive 20% of all pre-taxed food sales.

Perry Local Schools One2One Program

Perry Local Schools is excited to announce a new One2One computer program that will provide technology to create a personalized learning environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, communication, and critical thinking for all learners.

Each student in grades 9-12 will be issued a Toshiba Laptop and case at the beginning of the 2017-18 school year, at no cost to the student/parent unless they choose to purchase optional insurance. The Laptop Insurance Plan can be purchased for $22 a year. The option to purchase insurance will remain open for the next four weeks. More information regarding the insurance plan can be found in the handbook linked below.  Students/Parents may pick up his/her device at Perry High School during class schedule pick up days.  Students/Parents will be required to read the Student/Parent Laptop Handbook and bring signed copies of the forms below before a laptop can be issued.  (more…)
