Transportation for 2019-2020

Please leave a detailed message including: student’s name(s), school, daycare or address change, contact number, and if this is for A.M. or P.M. busing or both.

FREE SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM

summermealsThroughout the summer months, Perry Local School District will be serving FREE BREAKFAST and LUNCH to ANY student/Child who is 18 years of age and under (children with developmental disabilities and approved individualized education programs may participate through 21 years of age). No Paperwork, No Enrollment, Just Come and Join Us! When: June 3-August 9, Monday thru Friday Breakfast: 7:00 am – 8:00 am Lunch: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm Where: Perry High School Cafeteria; 3737 13th St. SW Massillon, OH.  This institution is an equal opportunity employer.  Click here for the flyer.

Opportunity Day

IMG_4812Opportunity Day will be held at the Career Wellness Center including the gym and the pool.  6th Grade Opportunity Day will be Tuesday, May 21st from 8:30-10:30am.  5th Grade Opportunity Day will be Friday, May 24th from 8:30-10:30am.   If your son/daughter qualifies for Opportunity Day, they will be walking up to the Career and Wellness Center (weather permitting) to swim, if they signed up, or to use the gym. If they choose to swim, please make sure they have a swimsuit and towel.

Dairy Farm Field Trip

imagesAny 5th grade student who has NOT turned in their permission slip for the Dairy Farm Field trip on May 21st, it needs to be turned in Friday, May 17th.  These were due on Wednesday, May 15th.  If your child does not return a slip, they will not be permitted to participate in the field trip.

Perry Physical Day Information

Perry Pride 200Aultman Hospital will be offering Grades K-12 a complete physical that meets the requirements for participating in athletic sports and is good for one calendar year. If you plan to participate in a sport next year, we encourage you to take advantage of this offer! Aultman will provide physicians, residents, and nurses who will come to Perry High School on Friday, May 31 st , starting at 1:45 PM. The $10.00 fee is not due until Physical Day.  Click here for all the information.

Perry Students Participate in Panorama Survey

Perry Pride 200Perry Local School District participated in the Panorama Student Survey from Monday, April 29 through Friday, May 10. This survey took place at all buildings and reached students in grades 3-12. The Panorama survey is designed to support student success by providing data that can monitor the social and emotional well-being of the district, school buildings and students. This information will be used to set culture goals at the district and building levels, tailor lessons on social and emotional health and monitor the growth of students. Through the generous donation made by David and Dr. Alise Bartley, the costs for the survey for the 2019-2020 school year has been covered. Girls Basketball Camp
