The focus of the One2One program in the Perry Local Schools is to provide tools and resources for the 21st century learner. Excellence in education requires that technology be seamlessly integrated throughout the educational curricula. Increased access to technology is essential to build upon college and career readiness skills. The Perry Local School District wants to educate students and parents on the policy regarding cell phone usage during school hours that will be in place for the 2018-2019 school year. This is a change in practice from previous years however, it is the District’s desire to create the most advantageous learning environment free from the distractions of personal devices. The Perry boys and girls tennis teams will sponsor a Junior Tennis Camp for students entering grades 2-8 in 2018-2019. The tennis camp will be held June 4 – 7 at the Perry High School tennis courts. Camp for grades 2-4 will be from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM. Grades 5-8 will hold camp from 10:45 AM – 12:15 PM. (more…)
The Perry Girls basketball program will be holding skills camp June 4th through June 7th at the Perry Wellness Center for girls entering 2nd through 8th grades in the 2018-2019 school year. The PHS Girls coaching staff, athletes and Ashland Eagle Karlee Pireu will instruct campers on ball handling, passing, footwork, shooting, defense, post moves and much more. The cost of the camp is $65 per camper and $40 for each additional camper from the same family. Girls entering the 2nd – 5thgrade will be from 8:00am-10:00 am and girls entering 6th – 8th grade will be from 12:30pm-2:30 pm. There will be a meeting for parents/guardians of student-athletes entering grades 7-12 on Tuesday, May 29th, @ 6:00 PM inside Perry’s Mattachione Theatre. This meeting will provide important updates regarding OHSAA Regulations & By-Laws, Booster Clubs, Contest Travel Release forms, school day cancellation procedures, spectator/athlete expectations, and to explain general operations of the Athletic Department. You will also have the opportunity to register/update your student athlete’s information on Final Forms (our online Athletic Packet). Questions and concerns will be addressed at this meeting which will last approximately one hour.
Summer basketball camp for boys entering grades 3-8 will be the week of June 11 and for boys entering grades, k-2 will be the week of June 18. The camp will feature stations and games. Register online at https://sites.google.com/pe
This year Aultman Hospital will be offering a complete physical that meets the requirements for participating in athletic sports and is good for one calendar year. If you would like to participate in a sport next year, we encourage you to take advantage of this offer! Aultman will provide the physicians who will come to Perry High School on Friday, June 1st, starting at 1:45 PM. The $10.00 fee is NOT due until Physical Day. (more…)

They will then be prompted with a message that their PayForIt account has been replaced by PaySchools Central and will provide the link: https://www.payschoolscentral.com.
