Pfeiffer students qualifying for the third quarter honor roll and merit roll have been announced. To be listed on the honor roll a student must have a 3.5 – 4.00 grade-point average. To be listed on the merit roll a student must have a 3.00 – 3.49 grade-point average. Congratulations to all students who earned this academic recognition.

The Perry Aquatic Club (P.A.C.) will hold tryouts and registration for 2017 summer swim teams. Beginning Monday, April 10 through April 27, Perry Local Schools will be joining the rest of the Stark County Schools and participate in a Food Drive called “Hunger: The Bus Stops Here”. The letter linked below will explain how you can participate in this very important community service program.
Reminder to 6th-grade parents. If your student is interested in attending 6th-grade camp, there is an informational meeting tonight at 6:00 in Pfeiffer’s gym. A representative from Camp Muskingum will be at Pfeiffer to answer all questions regarding 6th-grade camp. If you are unable to attend, your child can pick up a camp informational packet in the office.

Orders are now being taken for the 2016– 2017 Pfeiffer Yearbook. The cost for yearbooks is $15 cash or check. Checks can be made payable to Pfeiffer Intermediate School. The deadline to submit yearbook order forms is Wednesday, April 12th. Yearbooks can also be ordered online for $16, $15 + $1 processing fee. The deadline to order yearbooks online is Friday, April 14th.
Are you ready for Perry’s annual Hat Day? On Friday, March 24th, for only $1 you can wear your hat all day. This is a friendly competition district wide, to raise the most money. The school that raises the most money will be recognized and have a part in choosing where a third of the money goes. This event is sponsored by PHS Business Professionals of America (BPA) and Perry Athletic Hall of Fame.
Sauder Elementary and Lake Cable Elementary of Jackson Local Schools will be hosting the Internet Safety for Parents Program on Wednesday, March 8th from 6:30p – 8:30p.
