The Perry Players will open their 55th Annual Theatre Season with the presentation of their Annual Children’s Theatre Production. Perry Theatre Director, Louie Mattachione has announced that the production this year will be the enchanting story of ICE CREAM SECRETS.
A total of 9 students have been cast in the production while another 20 students will be working on the technical crews for the show. In addition, 12 students will make up the Perry Theatre Clown Troupe who will meet and greet audience members as they arrive for the production.

P.A.T.S. would like to invite you to join your child for our Mornings with Mom (Grade 5 only) event on Friday, October, 9th, from 8:00 to 8:30 am. This is a special time when the children are able to share a treat with their Mom or other special woman in their life.
Please return the permission slip no later than Monday, October 5th otherwise your student will not be released from their class. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any forms after the date listed above because we have to pre-order the donuts. Due to limited space, this event is just for Pfeiffer students and one guest. We cannot accommodate other family members. Please meet your child in the cafeteria BEFORE entering the gym. What If You Could is a take-action adventure, designed to give middle/intermediate school students the tools they need to make change in the world for good. The Perry Youth Girls Basketball Fall League will take place in the main gymnasium at Perry High School for girls in grades 3rd thru 6th. Participants will learn the basic fundamentals of offense and defense at a two week skills camp prior to practicing and competing in scheduled games. The Perry High School Cheerleaders will be holding a fall cheerleading clinic for Perry K-6 students on Saturday, September 26th from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Pfeiffer Intermediate School. Participants will learn the basic fundamentals of cheering, stretching, and complete a craft. Cheerleaders will also learn one dance routine, five chants, and one cheer to use at the October 2nd football game versus Green. The Canton City School District, in collaboration with the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board, is hosting a Youth Suicide and Resiliency Parent Academy on Tuesday, September 15th from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM at the downtown campus auditorium of Canton McKinley Senior High School (map) . All sixth grade students at Pfeiffer Intermediate school are invited to join the *band or choir or both* for the 2015-2016 school year. During the past week the sixth graders have had the opportunity to meet the choir directors to find out all about vocal music at Pfeiffer and have also had the opportunity to try out all of the band instruments. If your child is interested in these great musical organizations please have them return the enrollment forms to their Panther Time teachers no later than Wednesday, September 9th. (more…)
