Perry D.A.R.E. will be sponsoring a skate party on Friday, October 6th at the North Canton Skate & Entertainment Center from 10 AM – 2 PM (map). Tickets are $6 each which includes regular skates. For more information on the party and ticket upgrades link to the flyer below.
The Perry Aquatic Club (PAC) winter season begins on Tuesday, October 3rd from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. PAC offers training for beginner swimmers up through the most competitive and skilled swimmers. Link to the file below for more information. *PAC members must be able to swim at least one (1) length of the pool and know how to do a minimum of two different strokes (i.e. free, breast, back, butterfly).
Perry Local, along with most other Stark County schools, is transitioning to a new online grade book system. The Parent Grade Viewer, which is now called the Home Access Center (HAC), will most likely not be active until after the first nine weeks. The delay is due to a large amount of formatting, data migration, and set up along with a focus on the great importance of the accuracy of all of the information.
We will be sending home information and directions once the Home Access Center component is up and running. We appreciate your understanding as we work through this transition time.

All schools in Perry Local will be participating in daily events the week of Monday, September 18th through Friday, September 22nd as part of the Perry Wellness Connection initiative. Students and staff will be participating in and learning more about healthy eating habits and physical activities. The Wellness Connection Week goal is to connect our students and staff to activities that help emphasize and educate all on living a healthy lifestyle both mind and body. At the end of the week, we want every student in Perry schools to have participated in some wellness based activities that will encourage them to live a healthy lifestyle.
This announcement is for any boy or girl who is interested in participating on Perry’s bowling team. Perry bowling will be hosting “Open Lanes” at Hall of Fame Lanes starting on Tuesday, September 19th from 3:30 PM- 5 PM. Open Lanes will continue every Tuesday until tryouts. Open Lanes offers all you can bowl for $5 per bowler for students in grades 6th through 12th. Athletes are responsible for travel to and from the lanes. Our Perry High School bowling coaches welcome anyone who has interests to stop out every Tuesday and work on their bowling game.
On Friday, September 22, 2017, Pfeiffer students will be walking to raise money to benefit Pfeiffer Intermediate School. This is a great opportunity to get our students actively involved in raising money for their school. It is also a way to encourage our students to exercise as they get up and get moving for a great cause!
Collection envelopes have been distributed to students and are due back on or before September 22nd in order to be eligible for a special guest luncheon. The homeroom in each grade level that raises the most will earn a pizza party!
The Perry High School Athletic Department will be selling pre-sale student tickets to all Perry home games at Edison and Pfeiffer. Pre-sale tickets for Edison will be sold on Thursday and Friday mornings the week of a Panther home game. Pfeiffer pre-sale student tickets will be sold on Wednesdays during homeroom the week of a Perry home game. Pre-sale student tickets for Panther home games are $4 if purchased in advance. Student tickets are $7 at the gate the night of the game.
