Community March Cancelled

Due to the heat advisory, the Perry High School marching band will not lead the community march to the Central Catholic Football field for tonight’s game.  Anyone attending the game tonight should meet at the Central football stadium.  We will not be marching down 13th street.

PHS Open House and Career Tech Orientation – August 18th

Perry High School will host an Open House and Career Tech Orientation on Thursday, August 18th from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. Student schedules will be distributed in a brief homeroom followed by an open visitation to the classrooms.

The Career Tech Orientation will take place in the Mattachione Theatre from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.

Symphonic Winds are Superior

Symphonic Winds

On May 29th, our Perry Symphonic Winds earned the highest possible rating, Superior, at the Ohio Music Education Association’s State Band Finals. In order to perform at this prestigious event, the Symphonic Winds earned a perfect score in March, qualifying them for this performance. (more…)

High School Guidance Office Announces AP Scholar Awards

The College Board’s Advanced Placement Program (AP) provides willing and academically prepared students with the opportunity to take rigorous college-level courses while still in high school, and to earn college credit, advanced placement, or both for successful performance on the AP Exams.  About 18 percent of the more than 1/8 million students worldwide who took AP Exams performed at a sufficiently high level to also earn an AP Scholar Award.
