Matt Meeks – Coca-Cola Scholarship Semifinalist

Congratulations to Senior, Matthew Meeks. Matt has been named a semifinalist for the 2011 Class of the Coca-Cola Scholars Program. With the 2011 class, the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation will have provided more than 4,700 young scholars nationwide with over $44 million in scholarships.

Attention Seniors interested in pursuing a career in Public Health and Administration

Kent State University is hosting a poster contest on Friday, December 10 as part of the Admissions Office open House at the Kent Campus from 9 to 2. The poster contest winner will receive a $2,000 renewable scholarship to the Kent Campus of Kent State University and Runners-up will receive a $1,000 renewable scholarship.  Stop by the College Resource room to pick up more information and poster contest rules.

Boys and Girls Swimming and Diving

Perry Boys and Girls Swimming and Diving competed at Warren Harding Monday evening against Warren Harding High School and Lorain High School. Tyler Bargerhuff performed a personal best on the diving board with 135.7 points and a first place finish. Kyle Riordan finished first in the 500 yard freestyle and set a new pool record at Harding with a 5:01.29. The boys are now 1-1. (more…)

Orders for graduation announcements and caps and gowns will be taken on Thursday, December 2, starting at 7:30 a.m. in English classes.Payment in full or a $60.00 deposit is required with your order by cash or check made payable to Herff Jones.
Payment of $27.00 is required with your cap and gown order payable by cash or check to Herff Jones.
