Associate of Arts Program

The Associate of Arts program offers Perry High School students the opportunity to earn a General Associate of Arts degree from Stark State College while attending Perry High School.  It is a very structured program with  specific course requirements   Qualifying students must understand that this program will limit the amount of electives they will be able to take in high school.  There will be a meeting on January 10, 2017 that will review CCP and review the AA program.  Sutdents will need to complete an application, enrollment form, release/intent form, and take the ACT or Accuplacer test earning the necessary scores set forth by Stark State College.    It is also recommended that students enroll in Honors English 9 and/or Honors Social Studies in the freshmen year and be enrolled in Geometry or Algebra I in eighth grade.  If you have specific questions, please contact your student’s School Counselor. Information can be found in the course catalog and you may call your student’s counselor for more information.
