Perry Local Schools is going totally paperless with district forms this upcoming school year. It is super important for your child’s information to be completed in its entirety in the event of an emergency at the school, district, or transportation department. If you do not have a device to complete the forms please consider reaching out to a relative or friend, visit the library or take advantage of using the computers during the following dates/times:
- Thursday, August 15 5:30-6:30 P.M. (during open house)
- Friday, August 17 1:00-4:00 P.M. (cafeteria)
- Monday, August 20 9:00 A.M. -4:00 P.M.
Please note: Teachers will not be available during these times. This is an opportunity to use our computers to fill out important medical paperwork.For those of you who completed forms last year, you will simply review information and update as needed and then sign off.
