Aultman Hospital will be offering Grades K-12 a complete physical that meets the requirements for participating in athletic sports and is good for one calendar year. If you plan to participate in a sport next year, we encourage you to take advantage of this offer! Aultman will provide physicians, residents, and nurses who will come to Perry High School on Friday, May 31 st , starting at 1:45 PM. The $10.00 fee is not due until Physical Day. Perry Local School District participated in the Panorama Student Survey from Monday, April 29 through Friday, May 10. This survey took place at all buildings and reached students in grades 3-12. The Panorama survey is designed to support student success by providing data that can monitor the social and emotional well-being of the district, school buildings and students. This information will be used to set culture goals at the district and building levels, tailor lessons on social and emotional health and monitor the growth of students. Through the generous donation made by David and Dr. Alise Bartley, the costs for the survey for the 2019-2020 school year has been covered.
