This notice is for all Senior Citizens. We are happy to inform you that Superintendent Scott Beatty has once again confirmed his position of wanting to continue the program of offering our senior citizens a $5.00 off coupon toward the purchase of their $10.00 reserved seat ticket for the Perry Theatre Broadway Musical. Nominations for Watson UNITE Officers

Watson UNITE is now accepting nominations for officers for the 2017-2018 school year. Positions to be filled include the Executive Committee: President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, as well as chairpersons of the Nominating and Scholarship committees. Descriptions of each position can be found on the attached nomination form. Perry Cheer Clinic (K-6) – Saturday, February 4th

cheerThe Perry High School Cheerleaders will be holding a winter cheerleading clinic for Perry’s K-6 students on Saturday, February 4th from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Pfeiffer Intermediate School. Participants will learn the basic fundamentals of cheering, stretching, and complete a craft. Cheerleaders will also learn one dance routine, five chants, and one cheer to use at the February 17th basketball game versus Youngstown Ursuline. School Closed on Tuesday, January 10, 2017

school closedPerry Local Schools will be closed, Tuesday, January 10, 2017, due to inclement weather.  Parents/Guardians and students involved in PHS extracurricular activities should check district websites and media outlets for the status of extracurricular events on days when schools are closed.  All extracurricular activities (practices, games, and after school activities) for Perry’s elementary buildings, Pfeiffer Intermediate School, and Edison Middle School are canceled for the day when Perry Local Schools are closed. Y­Care is closed when Perry Local Schools close for the day. Childcare through the YMCA is offered at the Massillon YMCA, Meyers Lake YMCA, and the Navarre Towpath YMCA when schools are closed.
