Edison Middle School is sponsoring a blood drive. If you would kindly help by donating not only will you help save lives, but our school will also receive a fundraising grant. The Blood Drive will be open at Edison from 9:30am-1:30pm on May 13th. Please be sure to bring a photo ID. Thank you for your help!
Pfeiffer Intermediate School will be holding a parent/guardian orientation for current 4th grade students who will be attending Pfeiffer for the 2015-2016 school year. Orientation will take place on Wednesday, May 27th at 6:30 PM in Pfeiffer’s gymnasium. Information at this meeting is intended for parents/guardians of 2015-2016 Pfeiffer students. We respectfully request that only adults attend.
On Thursday, May 7th, Whipple Heights Elementary will be hosting our district’s 1st Annual “Expert Expo!” All 55 of our district’s students participating in the gifted program will come together in Whipple’s gym to display the research projects they have been working on for the past five weeks. The students are very eager to show their amazing work. Everyone is welcome to stop by and check out the Expert Expo on May 7th from 5:30-7:00pm!

Perry varsity baseball will be hosting Youth Night at 7:00 PM on Saturday, April 25th. Teams will be announced on the field prior to first pitch. Players who wear their uniform to the game will receive a free hotdog. Whipple Heights Girls on the Run team did their community service project at the “Funny Bunny” race on April 11th. The race started and ended at the Sippo Library with the girls cheering on the runners/walkers and encouraging everyone to complete the race. Below is a list of the girls who volunteered:
